FPU's 2014 Water Quality Report released

Each year, Fayetteville Public Utilities’ (FPU) Water Department reports the results of water quality testing as a provision under the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1996. This report provides FPU customers and the community with the scientific data confirming the safety and purity of the water supplied by FPU.

FPU’s 2014 Water Quality Report is now available online by clicking the link located to the right of this web page. Paper versions of the report are also available at their 408 West College Street office or by calling (931) 433-1522.

“FPU’s Water Department must adhere to strict regulations for water safety and performs routine tests on water samples daily to ensure all guidelines are met,” says FPU’s CEO and General Manager Britt Dye. “We encourage you to review the 2014 Water Quality Report as it contains important information about the quality of drinking water FPU supplies for our customers.”
